    · Prepare all the necessary documents required for smooth transit of the products from the origin to desired destination

    · Review and prepare the L/C, prepare docs under LC terms

    · Monitor the end-to-end procedure in export/import i.e., from paper removal to handover of Shipment to import i.e., from receiving instruction to receiving goods to our warehouse or the given destination and ensure compliance with company and legal requirement

    · Follow up for Exit Documents and timely submission to the customs authority

    · Liaise with the warehouse team to check on the availability of the products

    · Review, select carriers and negotiate contract and best rates to control logistics costs achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
