The year 2024 is a year full of challenges. Amid market downturns and intensifying industry competition, we have accurately grasped the dialectical relationship among efficiency, scale, quality, and sustainable development. To answer the call for high-quality development, our global team of over 30,000 staff have braved the winds and waves and sail forward, contributing to our transformation, adjustment, and upgrading with unwavering strategic resolve. We have gained substantial fruits on our march towards a world-class advanced manufacturing enterprise with big strides.
This year, we have continuously solidified the foundation for our development through industrial innovation. The five single-item champions in engineering machinery have firmly secured our market positions. Among them, emerging industries such as agricultural machinery and mining machinery have achieved high-speed growth against market downturn, the key parts industry has accomplished comprehensive quality improvement and empowerment, and future industries such as new energy, new digital, new materials, and robotics have accelerated their application. Amid fierce industrial competition, emerging industries make up a majority, and diversified sectors continue to release their momentum with infinite vitality.
Throughout the year, we have been integrating ourselves into the world in pursuit of our global dreams. We have deepened our overseas strategy of “end-to-end model, digitalization and localization”, which makes our overseas business a majority, setting a new record. We have become increasingly effective with our in-depth layout of localized R&D and manufacturing bases, business aviation ports, sales and service outlets, as well as market finance and risk control systems. Our triangle-shaped management has effectively supported a super-flat overseas market system that covers nearly 200 countries. We have also established a mechanism for the close alignment of our senior executives and various divisions with our overseas customers to facilitate communication and cooperation.

A series of the world’s best and industry-first equipment have been developed in our 4.0 and 4.0A innovation projects, top products have been produced in segmented fields in our agricultural machinery ten-thousand-unit plan, and our overseas product and certification systems have been enriched and refined. Upon its full completion, ZOOMLION Smart Industry City that integrates the profound connotations of intelligence, digitalization, and green development has become a global industry benchmark. The four major machinery centers and key parts centers have driven lasting leaps in product quality and efficiency by incorporating AI into the entire process of intelligent manufacturing. At our headquarters, the R&D building has been fully relocated, which promotes management and scientific research upgrading with a globally unique office and R&D new ecosystem. Global intelligent manufacturing bases, R&D centers, and supply chain systems that are closely linked to each other have jointly empowered our global competitiveness to reach new heights.
