On a recent visit, client delegations from Germany, Poland, and other European countries toured the Engineering Crane Park of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City, observing and experiencing its high-end, customized crane products while gaining firsthand insight into China's global leadership in advanced manufacturing characterized by high-endization, intelligence, and sustainability.
The delegation delved into the heart of the intelligent production line, expressing deep admiration for Zoomlion's smart manufacturing achievements. The Engineering Crane Park is recognized as the world's first intelligent manufacturing facility covering all components and entire process flows of wheeled cranes. Within the production halls, an overhead conveying system collaborates with nearly 300 AMR robots to form a highly efficient and precise intelligent logistics network. Through a "3-minute rapid mold change" flexible manufacturing mode, the facility enables high-quality mixed-model production across multiple crane types. A fully digitalized system ensures end-to-end traceability of all production data, guaranteeing uncompromised product quality.
During the visit, the delegation also experienced firsthand the series of crane products specifically developed by Zoomlion for the European market. They engaged in in-depth discussions with Zoomlion's engineering crane R&D team on European regulatory standards, typical operating conditions, and application scenarios.
