At this exhibition, Zoomlion further demonstrated its industry-leading technological innovation capabilities, providing customers with diversified, comprehensive system solutions to help them build smart construction sites, enhance operational management, and work together to create a digital, green, and intelligent future.
For example, Zoomlion's smart mining total solution, centered around "intelligent equipment" and leveraging the company's industrial internet platform and digital technology foundation, offers an integrated hardware-software solution. Through autonomous mining trucks, self-driving technology, and remote operation, it enables unmanned or minimally manned mining and transportation processes. By using 3D mine digital twins and high-precision vehicle and personnel positioning systems, it digitizes mining management. With environmental safety monitoring systems and drone-based AI inspection systems, it achieves 24/7 unattended mine safety. This helps customers build mines that are less manned, digitalized, green, and safe.

On site, Zoomlion also addressed customers' concerns about product lifecycle services by presenting and demonstrating its Global Smart Service Platform. Currently, the platform supports over 1.7 million units of equipment across more than 170 countries and 1,700 service outlets. It uses fault diagnosis to ensure equipment health, optimizes logistics to precisely dispatch services, and leverages large language models for multilingual translation to deeply understand customer needs.
Take the customer portal "ZOOMLINK" as an example. It integrates service operations, product information, equipment connectivity, industry solutions, and other functions. It is accessible via mobile app and PC web, covers major working languages in the global industry, and features an AI assistant "Xiao Wei" that can answer customer inquiries in real time about product specifications, configurations, after-sales support, and more.
