The official signing ceremony was held later that evening. Following six months of close collaboration, Zoomlion partnered with world-renowned insurance providers and leading financial institutions to design a tiered structure comprising a "$300 million portfolio credit insurance policy and non-recourse factoring under the policy," successfully transforming overseas installment receivables from fragmented, individual holdings into scalable, standardized, and replicable investment-grade assets.
During the ceremony, Zoomlion signed the comprehensive $300 million portfolio credit insurance policy with double-A-rated global insurers and premier financial institutions, and inked an initial $50 million non-recourse factoring agreement with an overseas bank.
