Recently, Zoomlion held the new compact earthmoving equipment exhibition＆global distributor conference at the Excavation Machinery Park of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City. Nearly a hundred overseas customers from 30 countries and regions gathered on-site, signing contracts worth nearly 1 billion RMB. The event comprehensively showcased Zoomlion's new products, upgrades, and new production lines in the field of compact earthmoving machinery.
At the new product launch, Zoomlion unveiled multiple innovative products at once, including electric excavators, three-section boom excavators, narrow-body excavators, and others, demonstrating a profound understanding of the global market's green development trend and the industry's pain points in narrow working conditions. The newly released compact earthmoving machinery products all feature long endurance, intelligence, and greenness, capable of meeting the diversified needs of users in narrow working conditions, and have been highly recognized by global customers since their release.
Taking Zoomlion's first 2-ton pure electric excavator ZE20GE and the three-section boom excavator ZE145GUB as examples. The 2-ton pure electric excavator ZE20GE is equipped with a large-capacity maintenance-free battery, enabling continuous operation for up to 8 hours, and supports AC/DC dual-mode fast charging in 1.5 hours, effectively eliminating users' range anxiety. Its electric control system adopts zero-delay response, impact-free operation, and zero standby energy consumption design, further improving energy utilization efficiency. The three-section boom excavator ZE145GUB, with its short-tail body and perfect combination of three-section boom design, has a smaller tail swing radius, allowing it to easily enter narrow areas for operations. In addition, the product is standardly equipped with a hydraulic quick-change system, supporting one-button switching of various functional attachments such as breaking and grabbing, truly achieving multi-functionality in one machine.
During the event, Zoomlion also showed customers the intelligent production line for compact earthmoving machinery for the first time. The production line focuses on the production of micro-small excavators, skid-steer loaders, and other equipment, taking the "welding, coating, assembly" three intelligent links as benchmarks, achieving full-process intelligent and flexible production, and realizing full-process traceability through digital management systems, ensuring high-reliability delivery from the source.
