October 13 marked the grand closure of the 4th National Engineering Construction Industry Crane (lifting and unloading machinery operator) Skills Competition at ZOOMLION’s Tower Crane Intelligent Factory in Changde, Hunan. Following three days of intense competition, five crane operation maestros, including Chen Zhonglin, Ma Ming, and Li Baoshun, clinched the first prize in individual competition, and their institutions secured the first prize for excellent performance. ZOOMLION, providing solid support for the competition, was awarded the “Outstanding Host Institution Prize.”

The event, known as the pinnacle of skill and expertise in China’s engineering construction lifting industry with broad social impact, attracted nearly a hundred participants from regional industry associations, construction unions, state-owned enterprises, and central enterprises, forming 21 teams in total. After fervent contention, 30 contestants emerged to participate in the finals, presenting a splendid feast of technology amidst the rise and fall of tower cranes.
