On October 10, the twentieth China International Fire Equipment Technology Exchange Exhibition grandly commenced in Beijing. Positioned as one of the world’s three most influential fire exhibitions, boasting extensive exhibits and global reach, this event drew over a thousand fire equipment manufacturers, testing institutions, and research entities from more than 40 countries and regions. The newly unveiled 68-meter straight arm aerial ladder fire truck YT68, the tallest globally, is equipped with synchronized extending ladders, working buckets, chutes, and a water route system, boasting formidable aerial rescue and fire-fighting capabilities. It incorporates five core technologies developed by ZOOMLION, including the unique fast start-stop ladder rack technology and the domestically pioneering hydraulic telescoping stop-motion technology, positioning it as a leader in intelligent technology and ensuring heightened efficiency, enhanced operation, and superior safety in high-rise building rescues.

The 90-meter aerial platform fire truck GD90, based on a five-axle chassis, is the highest of its kind in the industry, capable of executing fire-fighting and rescue operations in buildings as tall as 30 stories. It features the industry’s first independent control telescoping boom structure, addressing the "last meter" challenge in aerial rescues, ensuring faster, more precise, and safer operations.

In the domain of tank fire trucks, ZOOMLION has innovated beyond traditional designs by integrating functional advantages in the newly released PM50 multi-functional urban main battle fire truck and the JX130 hybrid power rapid response airport fire truck. The PM50 model combines multi-personnel transportation, fire-fighting, lighting, demolition, towing, end-ladder weight lifting, and trapped personnel rescue. The JX130 model, powered by dual-drive, exhibits extraordinary acceleration performance and is equipped with an intelligent fire-fighting jetting system and a high-strength piercing arm for rapid and efficient extinguishment of various aircraft fires at airports.

The role of unmanned and intelligent equipment in disaster rescue is gaining prominence. ZOOMLION introduced several robot equipment models, spanning forest, hazardous chemicals, and geological rescue fields. The newly launched ZW100M/ZW100G model tracked rescue robot, tailored for geological disaster rescues, is characterized by rapid assembly, high intelligence, multi-functional rescue capabilities, robust mobility, and enhanced safety. In August this year, the China Machinery Industry Federation recognized ZOOMLION’s globally pioneering key core technology and overall performance of high-mobility multi-functional modular rescue equipment as internationally leading.

In addition, in the field of specialized equipment, ZOOMLION unveiled for the first time the TZ3000 forward command fire truck and the JY100 all-terrain rescue fire truck, bolstering support for on-site emergency communication, command, and comprehensive rescue operations in complex terrains. Targeting initial fire suppression efforts, ZOOMLION also introduced three modular, compact high-end fire-fighting and rescue equipment. Among them, two CAFS fire-fighting units made their debut, embodying core advantages of efficient fire suppression, large capacity, long range, and agility.

On the inaugural day of the conference, an Innovation Product Catalog was released, with ZOOMLION’s 80-meter aerial jetting fire truck proudly included. Having been previously certified by the China Fire Protection Association as domestically leading in overall technology, with some technologies reaching international advanced levels, this accolade once again underscores the industry and market’s recognition, marking a new breakthrough for ZOOMLION in the innovation and development of key technologies for large-scale aerial fire-fighting equipment.
