Zoomlion's Grand Global Service Tour: Delivering Care and Excellence Worldwide

In the sweltering summer of 2024, Zoomlion Foundation Construction launched its "Sincere Service, Heartfelt Care" Global Service Journey with a grand ceremony at the Songjiang campus in Shanghai. This event marks Zoomlion's unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service to global customers and its relentless pursuit of excellence.


On July 11, amidst fluttering banners, 14 teams comprised of elite service engineers stood ready to embark on their mission. These dedicated professionals are set to traverse mountains and seas, carrying Zoomlion's attentive service and craftsman spirit to the world. The Service Tour will encompass nearly 100 customers across 6 continents and 30 countries and regions, safeguarding close to a thousand pieces of equipment. This is not merely a routine service journey, but a global showcase of Zoomlion's "extreme thinking" philosophy and a profound interpretation of the "spirit of labor, model workers, and craftsmanship."

 

At the event, Mr. Chen Gang, General Manager of Shanghai Zoomlion Piling Machinery Co., Ltd., delivered a powerful speech. He emphasized, "This year's service journey will adhere to higher standards and stricter requirements to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality service, maximizing value for our clients." This pledge serves as both a heartfelt declaration to global customers and a firm confidence in Zoomlion's service quality.

 

Zuo Bingquan, Deputy General Manager of the Overseas Marketing Company for Foundation Construction, led the service team in a solemn oath-taking ceremony. They vowed to fulfill five core tasks with utmost dedication: customer visits, equipment maintenance, operational training, equipment problem-solving, and spare parts service. This commitment stands as a beacon, illuminating the path forward for the service team.

 

Subsequently, division leaders presented flags to service team representatives. The representatives solemnly accepted these flags, symbols of responsibility and honor, fully aware of their mission and duty. The slogan "SERVICE TOUR MORE THAN YOU CARE" embodies Zoomlion Foundation Construction's commitment to providing high-standard, high-value, and highly satisfactory services to global customers, establishing Zoomlion's benchmark for "sincere service" worldwide.

 

 

With a resounding "Departure" command, colored smoke filled the air, horns blared, and service vehicles set off! These teams will put Zoomlion's service philosophy into practice through their actions. Throughout this Global Service Tour, Zoomlion will demonstrate its "craftsmanship" and "responsibility" through concrete actions, creating more value for global customers and collectively writing a new chapter in the construction machinery industry.
