World’s largest articulated all-terrain crane delivered to the customer by Zoomlion

On November 25, Zoomlion held a grand delivery ceremony at its Chongqing truck-mounted crane park, where the world's largest articulated all-terrain crane, the ZTK120000, was officially delivered to the customer.‌

At the ceremony, the customer's representative stated:"From initial technical consultations to customized R&D, Zoomlion demonstrated outstanding technical strength and service awareness."‌ Following delivery, the ZTK120000 will significantly enhance the customer's efficiency in hoisting ultra-large components, providing robust support for major infrastructure projects.‌

As the industry's first articulated all-terrain crane, the ZTK120000 features a world-first five-axle three-drive all-terrain chassis. Its full-axle steering system supports six steering modes, delivering exceptional mobility and lifting performance while adapting seamlessly to diverse working conditions — establishing strong market competitiveness.‌Zoomlion has earned customer trust and recognition through its superior products and premium after-sales services.‌

Behind this record-breaking machine lies Zoomlion's industry-leading intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

‌The ZTK120000 was produced at the Chongqing Crane Equipment Park, an intelligent facility capable of manufacturing over 20,000 high-performance straight-arm and articulated truck-mounted cranes annually. The plant is equipped with more than 200 robots, with one truck-mounted crane rolling off the line every 15 minutes on average.‌Guided by lean, automated, digitalized, intelligent, and green manufacturing principles, the factory integrates advanced processes including automated material sorting, visual automatic alignment, robotic welding lines, and intelligent Dark Factory machining lines — establishing the most advanced intelligent manufacturing facility globally for truck-mounted cranes.
