Recently, at Seletar, Singapore, dozens of Zoomlion ZE215G excavators were successfully delivered to the local client and will be deployed in the Terminal 5 construction project at Changi Airport. This batch delivery marks a new chapter for Zoomlion's earthmoving machinery in the local market, writing a new strivingchapter for 2026.
Singapore's Changi Airport is widely regarded as one of the world's most beautiful airports and has won the title of "World's Best Airport" multiple times. The Changi Airport Terminal 5 project is Singapore's largest airport expansion project to date. Zoomlion's equipment will play a crucial role in key phases such as site leveling and foundation excavation, injecting strong momentum into the infrastructure upgrade.
The ZE215G excavators delivered in this batch are star models meticulously developed by Zoomlion for overseas market demands, widely favored and recognized by global clients. Their customized upgrades are highly aligned with the project client's needs. Equipped with a high-performance power system and the self-developed E-COT (Excavator Condition Self-Optimizing Technology), they not only provide powerful digging force, easily handling various high-intensity operation scenarios, but also achieve over 8% improvement in fuel efficiency. This enhances operational efficiency while effectively reducing client operating costs. The adoption of a large-section box structure for the working device makes the whole machine operate more stably with higher structural strength, extending service life by over 20% and enabling long-term adaptation to high-intensity engineering tasks. Standard equipped with a large-capacity biofuel-resistant fuel-water separator significantly improves fuel adaptability, suits Singapore's local fuel environment, and reduces equipment failure rates. The new positive-pressure silent cab offers better sealing and lower noise. Paired with a large-stroke suspension seat, which has a 35% increased stroke compared to traditional seats, it can effectively alleviate operator fatigue from prolonged sitting and greatly enhance driving comfort and operational safety.
To ensure clients "worry-free purchase and assured use", Zoomlion had all relevant supporting spare parts prepared even before the main machines arrived in Singapore.
