Recently, Zoomlion's 900-tonne large crawler crane ZCC13000-1E5 departed from Changsha for Europe. This not only sets a record for the largest tonnage crawler crane exported from China to Poland, but also marks a critical breakthrough for Zoomlion's large-tonnage products in the large-scale energy lifting sector of the European market.

The ZCC13000-1E5 is a flagship lifting solution developed by Zoomlion specifically for overseas markets. It features a maximum lifting moment of 13,000 tonne-meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 900 tonnes, with overall machine performance exceeding comparable products in its class by 4% to 12%.
Engineered to meet the EU's stringent road transport regulations and complex energy construction operating conditions, the product highlights include:
⭐️ Modular disassembly design: Shipping width of each disassembled module is controlled within 3.5 meters, easily satisfying global cross-border logistics requirements;
⭐️ High-power engine and dual-pump confluence technology: Heavy-load hoisting speed increased by 10%;
⭐️ Hoist winch follow-up control: Medium/light-load hoisting speed increased by 40%;
⭐️ One-key superlift mast erection and lowering: Superlift mast erection preparation time reduced by 60%, significantly enhancing work efficiency;
⭐️ Intelligent wireless remote control system: Covers the entire process from loading/unloading to operation;
⭐️ Multi-tier intelligent safety protection system: Provides round-the-clock safeguarding for high-altitude and heavy-load operations.

Adhering to its "end-to-end, digitalized, and localized" strategy, Zoomlion has deeply engaged with Polish clients' actual project needs. Through multiple rounds of scheme simulations tailored to typical working conditions in petrochemical and wind power applications, Zoomlion fully demonstrated the comprehensive advantages of the ZCC13000-1E5 in terms of lifting capacity, intelligent safety features, and full-life-cycle services, ultimately earning the client's trust.
This equipment will be deployed in the construction of the Gdańsk refinery project in Poland, and will serve large-scale energy projects including port heavy-load lifting and onshore wind power, providing solid support for local refinery facility upgrades and the acceleration of new energy initiatives.
It is worth noting that the ZCC13000-1E5 has already been exported in batches to South Korea, where its reliability and adaptability have been fully validated in overseas markets.
Looking ahead, Zoomlion will continue to capitalize on global energy infrastructure and wind power development opportunities, further improving localized spare parts, technical, and service systems, and delivering superior products with full-life-cycle services to continually export the hard-core strength of Chinese construction machinery to the world.
