They paid special attention to the R&D and practical application of new technologies such as 3D printing.

During the symposium, Chairman Zhan Chunxin reviewed the collaborative development journey of both parties since Zoomlion acquired m-tec, and highly commended m-tec for its developmental achievements. Chairman Zhan Chunxin emphasized that Zoomlion will further support m-tec's growth by fully leveraging the Group's advantages in global markets, R&D, and capital to provide comprehensive backing for m-tec's development. He also expressed his hope that m-tec would fully utilize its technical and professional strengths to further enhance synergy with the Group in technology and markets. By capitalizing on Zoomlion's globalization advantages, m-tec can continuously expand its growth potential and achieve even greater success.

As a vital component of Zoomlion's overseas industrial footprint, m-tec has been a part of the Group since 2014. Drawing on its technological expertise and market strengths in dry-mixed mortar machinery and building materials, m-tec has continuously explored new avenues for integrated development with Zoomlion in terms of technology, products, and markets. In recent years, Zoomlion has continuously accelerated its global footprint. Its overseas business has evolved from simple market expansion to full-value-chain localization, encompassing R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services. As a critical part of the Group's European strategy, m-tec is poised to embrace new development opportunities. This visit and exchange further clarified the direction for deepening integration and synergistic development between the Group and m-tec, demonstrating Zoomlion's unwavering commitment to supporting the growth of its overseas subsidiaries.

Looking ahead, Zoomlion will continue to leverage the advantages of its global footprint. By further strengthening the integration and synergy among its overseas business divisions in markets, technologies, and talent, the Group aims to employ a more open system and more robust measures. This will empower overseas divisions like m-tec to achieve greater success and collaboratively expand new horizons in the global market.
