On April 15, one of Europe's three major international construction machinery fairs, the 2026 Spanish International Construction, Building and Mining Machinery Fair (SMOPYC), grandly opened in Zaragoza. Zoomlion made a powerful appearance with over 30 high-end products, including construction cranes, concrete machinery, earthmoving machinery, and aerial work platforms. With leading innovative technologies and deep-rooted localization achievements, Zoomlion showcased a new height of Chinese equipment manufacturing to the world.
Spain is one of the benchmark markets in Western Europe, with stringent requirements for product performance and standards. All of Zoomlion's exhibited equipment this time has undergone customized upgrades for the local market, obtained CE certification, strictly complies with EU standards, and is equipped with professional localized technical services and support.
Take Zoomlion's earthmoving machinery as an example. Twelve customized star products were on display, including the ZE210GLC, ZE335G, and ZE500G medium-to-large tonnage excavators shown for the first time in Spain, multiple compact excavators ranging from the ZE20G to the ZE145GU, as well as skid steer loaders such as the ZS030R and ZT090V. Each product embodies a deep understanding of European working conditions.
Among them, the ZE55GU excavator features stronger engine power and digging force compared to other products, with a 1065mm short tail swing radius that combines the flexibility of a micro excavator, adapting to common narrow working conditions. The ZE145GU excavator is equipped with an advanced electronic control system, allowing flexible switching between three intelligent modes to precisely suit various working conditions. The ZE500G excavator offers high fuel efficiency and low noise, with powerful digging force and flexible control, capable of handling infrastructure projects, material loading and unloading, and other scenarios with ease. The ZT090V skid steer loader adopts a unique design that improves side visibility by 30%, is compatible with nearly a hundred types of attachments, and precisely matches local diversified construction needs.
Zoomlion's other exhibited products were equally impressive. The company showcased 13 aerial work platform products across three series: scissor lifts, articulated booms, and telescopic forklifts, covering various working heights and application scenarios. These products offer core advantages of safety, stability, flexibility, and efficiency, and are widely used in construction, equipment installation, and maintenance.
The 120-ton all-terrain crane and the 62-ton-meter lorry crane also attracted significant attention. The 62-ton-meter lorry crane uses a European local chassis combined with Zoomlion's leading technology, complying with European road transport regulations while delivering excellent lifting performance, maneuverability, and safety. In addition, the 43-meter concrete pump truck meets diverse complex working conditions with its high efficiency and exceptional stability. These meticulously crafted products drew many customers to stop and inquire.
Zoomlion not only presented a static display of its product range but also brought engaging interactive experiences. In the demonstration area, Zoomlion's skid steer loader and micro excavator delivered an exciting stunt performance, drawing rounds of applause. In the test drive area, customers got behind the controls themselves, experiencing the products' excellent performance and precise handling up close. The booth was bustling with visitors, and orders were signed one after another. On the morning of the first day, multiple display machines were sold on the spot, and several other customers signed long-term cooperation agreements with Zoomlion.
