On April 24, a striking scene took place at the launch ceremony of Kenya’s National Housing Project: President William Ruto personally climbed aboard a Zoomlion ZTC600V truck crane, operating the equipment to inaugurate the project, and highly commended its outstanding performance and stable controllability.

It is understood that the housing project is a key livelihood initiative of the Kenyan government, tasked with improving urban living conditions and driving economic development. The reliability of equipment directly determines project progress and construction quality. Zoomlion’s ZTC600V truck crane, with its excellent lifting capacity, comprehensive safety protection system, and strong adaptability to local working conditions, has become the core construction machinery on site, providing solid support for the smooth implementation of the project.
In recent years, Zoomlion has continuously increased its investment in the East African market. By establishing localized service networks, improving spare parts supply systems, and systematically training local technical teams, the company has significantly enhanced service response speed and customer satisfaction. Zoomlion’s products have been widely used in infrastructure construction, energy development, and urban development in Kenya, and the company has gradually built a complete operational system covering sales, service, and technical support.
Alongside equipment supply, Zoomlion also helps train a group of technical professionals in Kenya by providing technical training and employment opportunities. This approach of rooting itself locally and empowering local communities not only strengthens the company’s own market competitiveness but also serves as a vivid illustration of deepening China-Kenya cooperation.
