During operation, a ZAT2500V853 truck crane experienced a sudden boom extension/retraction failure, rendering the equipment unable to function properly. Upon receiving the report, service engineers Li Huashan and Tan Dingwei rushed to the site. Based on the equipment’s condition and operating environment, they conducted systematic troubleshooting, quickly identified the root cause of the failure, and developed a repair plan. During the emergency repair process, the team worked with efficient coordination and strictly followed standard procedures, successfully restoring the crane’s operation. Following an extended period of continuous high-intensity operation, the crawler crane experienced a breakdown. Recognizing that any delay in resuming operation would directly jeopardize the overall project schedule, service personnel Xu Changwen and Service Manager Yao Dezhi immediately proceeded to the site to perform diagnostics and repairs. They successfully resolved the issue within two hours, swiftly restoring the crane’s functionality and mitigating the customer’s losses.
