Lately, Zoomlion officially put into operation its first overseas training center dedicated to concrete machinery in Poland, further enriching and expanding its European sales and service system. Since the beginning of this year, under the company's distinctive global development strategy of "end-to-end, localization, and digitalization," Zoomlion has been steadily deepening its network deployment and market penetration, optimizing its overseas service networks according to local conditions to meet the diverse demands of different international markets, while continuously enhancing response efficiency and service levels worldwide.
In Europe, the company has focused on addressing the specific after-sales service needs of local customers, with emphasis on adequate spare parts inventory, supply convenience and timeliness, completeness of technical documentation and parts catalogs, as well as professional training from the OEM and service support for complex fault diagnosis. The goal is to establish a four-hour service response circle, enabling rapid reaction to customer service requests.
To achieve this, Zoomlion has vigorously expanded its European service network architecture. With Germany as the regional hub, the company has built a multi-tier spare parts network that integrates national parts centers in Rotterdam (Netherlands), Paris (France), Birmingham (UK), Warsaw (Poland), and other local warehouses, ensuring swift delivery of various parts requirements. It has also newly established three major training centers in Germany and Hungary, along with multiple training sites in France, the Netherlands, Poland, and the UK, offering professional training services on product knowledge, equipment operation, maintenance, and repair. Additionally, an online parts mall has been launched to provide more convenient access to spare parts. At the same time, Zoomlion continues to recruit and develop local European service engineers, optimize regional engineer deployment, and steadily improve the service capabilities of its local teams.

Currently, Zoomlion's European service network covers more than 30 cities across over 20 countries, with nearly 50 service outlets and 10 training centers. It has formed a multi-tier spare parts network and digital service platform capable of supporting rapid service response for earthmoving machinery, aerial work platforms and industrial vehicles, construction cranes, concrete machinery, agricultural machinery, and other products.
In Africa, the company's service support capabilities also significantly lead the industry. This year, a new subsidiary was established in Casablanca, Morocco, providing comprehensive support for sales, machine warehousing, spare parts, and training in the North African market. Zoomlion has set up ten wholly-owned subsidiaries in Africa, and based on these subsidiaries, has built primary and secondary service outlets in several key countries, along with dedicated service stations supporting construction projects in major mining areas. The overall service network density leads the industry.
