Zoomlion 2025 "Service Global Tour" - Middle East Leg

The Zoomlion foundation construction division is utilizing its global "Service Global Tour" initiative to underscore its profound dedication to international markets. The Middle East leg, constituting a pivotal element of this initiative, is overseen by Zuo Bingquan, who serves as both Head of the Foundation Construction Service Line and Deputy General Manager of the Overseas Marketing Company. 1. Enhanced "Pin" Management: Provided training on daily maintenance requirements and execution standards, clearly defining maintenance protocols.

2. Specialized Parts Warehouse Inventory: Ensured timely and stable supply of spare parts.

3. 10-Step New Equipment Delivery Oversight: Supervised the delivery process of new foundation construction equipment to guarantee customer satisfaction.

4. Refined Task Execution: Efficiently conducted machine inspections according to planned schedules.

5. Daily Morning Briefings: Established a "Plan-Execute-Review" closed-loop management system for all team members.

Addressing the specific characteristics of the Middle East region, the service team provided customized services to enhance customer experience:

1. Assistance was provided to clients in completing local emission testing and registration for their equipment, thereby facilitating its swift deployment into operation

2. Given the exceptionally high temperatures prevalent in the Middle East, enhancements were implemented to the equipment's air conditioning systems to augment their cooling efficacy, thereby elevating operator comfort

3. Complimentary training was extended to clients and operators, encompassing equipment operation and maintenance, in addition to providing methodology guidance tailored to specific site characteristics, thereby enhancing construction efficiency and safety.

During this tour, rotary drilling rig R&D personnel were deeply involved in frontline service, achieving precise alignment between technology and market needs. They conducted in-depth investigations into actual equipment operation, communicated face-to-face with operators, and gathered customer suggestions for performance improvements and feature optimizations, providing a basis for product iteration and upgrades. By addressing on-site construction pain points, they offered technical solutions to ensure products are better suited for overseas construction scenarios.

Within a project site situated deep within the Abu Dhabi desert in the UAE, a client's rotary drilling rig experienced significant deterioration of its main hoisting wire rope, attributable to an inexperienced operator, manifesting as visible broken strands. The client promptly requested assistance from the "Service Global Tour" team. The service team leader responded swiftly, accurately identifying the required spare part within the Gulf subsidiary's inventory, and expedited its immediate dispatch. Our service engineers, equipped with the spare part, promptly proceeded to the project site. The desert interior, where the project was situated, presented exceptionally arduous road conditions, frequently impeding even our company's well-equipped 4x4 pickup service vehicles. Despite navigating numerous logistical challenges, the service engineers successfully arrived on site prior to sunset, completed the wire rope replacement, and furnished complimentary operational training to the client's new operator.
