Recently, Zoomlion successfully completed the overall construction and commissioning of its Concrete Machinery Training Center in Poland, officially making it ready for regular training operations with full operational capability. This marks the first overseas dedicated concrete machinery training center established by Zoomlion. On the very day the center went into operation, the first customized customer training session was launched, receiving unanimous praise for its remarkable results.

As a key pillar of Zoomlion’s localization service capacity building in Europe, the Poland Concrete Machinery Training Center was coordinated and established by the Polish subsidiary. Closely aligned with the core needs of concrete equipment operation and maintenance in the European region, the center was developed with scientific planning and precise layout. It is equipped with comprehensive professional teaching facilities and a standardized hands-on training environment, establishing a systematic and well-regulated overseas training system.
The center focuses on addressing customer needs in the European market, offering specialized and systematic training services in equipment operation and maintenance technology. It aims to resolve various practical challenges encountered by overseas customers during equipment use and upkeep, comprehensively enhance customer experience, effectively support the efficient and stable operation of end-user equipment, and continuously optimize the after-sales service ecosystem in Europe. On the day of the center’s launch, seven technical professionals from a European industry customer company became the first trainees, participating in a two-day customized training program on concrete pump trucks. The technical training and support provided by Zoomlion were highly recognized.

The inauguration of Zoomlion’s first overseas dedicated concrete machinery training center has laid a solid foundation for the continued delivery of customer skills training and the implementation of localized services. It also serves as an important milestone in the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance its customer service system in Europe and deepen its localization strategy. Looking ahead, Zoomlion’s overseas service system will further emphasize localization and regionalization, deepen end-to-end direct engagement, and provide reliable support for equipment delivery and full-lifecycle customer usage.
