The "Zoomlion Solution" for Integration of Production and Demand! Zoomlion Makes a Stunning Appearance at the 2026 World Robot Conference

On August 19, the 2026 World Robot Conference grandly opened in Beijing. As one of the largest, highest-level, and most internationally diverse industry events in the global robotics field, this year's conference is themed "Human-Machine Symbiosis, Integration of Production and Demand," gathering global forces from industry, academia, and research to jointly explore the innovative development path of the robotics industry. ZValley, a subsidiary of Zoomlion, made its first large-scale public appearance with its full range of robot product matrix. Focusing on three major sectors—industrial world models, embodied intelligent equipment, and embodied intelligent robots—the company demonstrated its full-chain independent R&D strength in the fields of embodied intelligence and industrial robots through dynamic demonstrations in real industrial scenarios and immersive human-machine interactions, presenting the "Zoomlion Solution" for human-machine symbiosis and the integration of production and demand as an AI-native enterprise.

Concentrated Display of Embodied Intelligence Achievements Highlights the Competitive Advantage of Full-Chain Independent R&D Combining Software and Hardware

This exhibition marks the first large-scale, concentrated appearance of Zoomlion's embodied intelligent robot product matrix at a top domestic industry exhibition. Within the Zoomlion exhibition area, the bipedal humanoid robot Z01, wheeled humanoid robot Z03, quadruped robot dogs D15 and D40, and self-developed joint modules were all on display, building a complete robot product pedigree covering multiple forms and operating conditions, and demonstrating the company's full-chain technical strength from independent breakthroughs in core components to the development and implementation of complete machine products.

The integration of software and hardware is the core foundation for the large-scale implementation of embodied intelligence technology. In addition to complete robots and key component products, Zoomlion also showcased its self-developed embodied intelligent operating system, RobotOps, and the embodied intelligent magic box for industrial robots, ZBrain, at the exhibition.

RobotOps is an integrated full-process toolchain platform independently developed by Zoomlion for robot skill learning, scenario implementation, and long-term evolution. It connects the complete closed loop of "data collection → model training → simulation testing → terminal deployment → iterative optimization," can quickly convert human experience into robot operating capabilities, supports multi-machine collaboration, and effectively solves industry pain points such as high R&D thresholds, difficult scenario migration, prominent data bottlenecks, and lack of full lifecycle management, thereby clearing a standardized, replicable engineering path for the large-scale commercial application of embodied intelligence.

The ZBrain embodied magic box is equivalent to equipping traditional industrial robots with "eyes, a brain, and a neural hub," upgrading the equipment from executing fixed programs to intelligent operating units capable of perceiving the environment, understanding tasks, making autonomous decisions, and executing in a closed loop. Users only need to issue tasks, and the system can autonomously complete detection, planning, execution, and verification, perfectly adapting to multi-variety, small-batch flexible production, significantly shortening deployment and changeover cycles, and lowering the application threshold.

Vivid Deductions of Real-World Operating Conditions Interpret the "Zoomlion Solution" for Human-Machine Symbiosis and the Integration of Production and Demand

At the exhibition, Zoomlion's humanoid robots took on multiple roles, acting as smart factory workers, agile performers, and exhibition area tour guides. The realistic restoration of industrial application scenarios vividly interpreted the "Zoomlion Solution" for human-machine symbiosis and the integration of production and demand, becoming a major highlight of the exhibition. It attracted numerous industry experts, scientific researchers, media, and professional visitors to stop, observe, and experience immersively, leading to a continuous stream of cooperation negotiations and a very warm atmosphere for on-site exchanges.

In the logistics sorting demonstration scenario, Zoomlion's wheeled humanoid robot Z03 collaborated with logistics robots to complete precise object grasping, disordered sorting, and multi-machine collaborative operations. In the desktop sorting scenario, dexterous operations and precise categorization of irregularly shaped objects such as fruits and snacks were achieved, fully demonstrating the deep integration of perceptual decision-making and flexible control. In the industrial assembly scenario, the Z03 robot successfully completed the reflector pre-assembly process, further expanding its operational capabilities from handling and sorting to the field of precision assembly, precisely matching the refined production operation needs of production lines. Relying on imitation learning, the bipedal humanoid robot Z01 mastered the skills of grasping, combing, and tying wire harnesses, completing the neat placement of disordered objects, fully demonstrating the continuous iterative evolution capability of Zoomlion robots to "learn while doing."

In addition, multiple Zoomlion Z01 bipedal humanoid robots delivered a wonderful collective dance performance, even pulling off a handsome side flip after the dance, visually highlighting the company's millisecond-level collaborative motion control technology for multiple robots and attracting a large number of visitors to watch and film.

The Z01 at the entrance of the booth transformed into a smart social partner. Relying on facial recognition and voice dialogue technologies, combined with gesture recognition, flexible force control, action planning, and real-time collision avoidance, it was able to complete interesting interactions with visitors such as shaking hands and waving. With core capabilities such as autonomous navigation, multimodal perception, voice dialogue, natural language understanding, and multi-machine collaboration, Z01 was able to lead visitors through the exhibition area and provide guided tour services, fully presenting the full-link technical strength of "perception - decision-making - interaction - execution - autonomous learning."

In addition to bipedal and wheeled humanoid robots as well as robot dogs, Zoomlion concurrently showcased four major categories of specialized robotic equipment for construction, agriculture, mining, and emergency rescue. Built upon the Zvalley Z-AI intelligent hub, these equipment can provide embodied intelligent equipment solutions for industries such as smart construction sites, precision agriculture, smart mines, and special emergency rescue.

The on-site exhibition also simultaneously showcased the digital construction achievements of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City, representing the top level of intelligent manufacturing in China. This mega-factory is not only a real-world application scenario where Zoomlion's humanoid robots are the first to be put into actual practice and on-duty operation, but also a valuable source of industrial data for robots to continuously refine their perception, decision-making, and motion control capabilities, and achieve technological iteration and upgrades.

The World Robot Conference will run until August 23. We sincerely welcome you to visit and exchange ideas at the Zoomlion booth D403 in Hall D! Facing the future, Zoomlion will continue to deeply explore real industrial scenarios, adhere to the concept of "building robots with industrial thinking", and promote the deep integration of production and demand, so that embodied intelligence technology can create tangible industrial value in real-world scenarios.
